The General Meeting is the highest authority of the Society.
The General Meeting may be ordinary and extraordinary.
The General Assembly is convened by the Main Board once a year, and the Election Board once every four years.
An Ordinary General Meeting is convened by the Main Board of the Society, which notifies all members at least 30 days before the date, giving the agenda of the General Meeting.
